The equipment is mainly used for automatical traightening round or flat wire, stainless steel wire, galvanizedwire, aluminum wire, copper wire, also cut automatically to settinglength.
There are two models: Traditional Mechanical Model and Numerical Control Hydraulic Model.
Traditional Mechanical Model Automatic Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine:
It needs to set the straightening and cutting length manually, then the machinewill produce automatically.
Operation and maintenance is simple. It is mainly used for straightening andcutting the wire with diameter less than 10 mm and the maximum cutting lengthis less than 2 metres.
Numerical Control Hydraulic Model Automatica Wire Straightening and Cuttingmachine:
It has strong processing performance, almost can work any diameter, any lengthof wire, high degree of automation, automatically set straightening and cuttinglength, adopted with the safety device and automatic counting & stopsystem.
Mainly used for straightening andcutting building cold-rolled steel wire and rebar, hot-rolled steel wire,hot-rolled round steel wire and cold-rolled steel bar etc...
